Our fully redesigned
website will be complete in July 2008. This total redesign will
have a more contemporary look as well as more features. This new
website will include Banner Ad opportunities as well as 3 Business
Listing types - the Gold Listing option includes a 3-minute video
and a sub-webpage to wow the brides! A magazine advertiser may choose
to purchase a website listing, however magazine advertisers are
not required to purchase a website listing. Web-only advertising
is not available. The basic Website Listing, runs $225 for per year.
More elaborate Website Listings are also available. Details
can be found in the attached contract.

SHOW ADVERTISING - Annual Spring and Fall CENTRAL
COAST BRIDE Wedding Faires in San Luis
Obispo county. Both advertisers and non-advertisers may
participate in these shows; however, Central Coast Bride advertisers
receive early notice and exclusive priority pricing. Upcoming dates
for our California Central Coast Wedding Shows are listed below
with the registration information and show layout. You may register
at any time. These shows generally sell out 5 to 8 weeks prior to
the show.

Bridal Shows - CENTRAL COAST BRIDE's
Bridal
Shows
- Central Coast Bride's very successful Bridal Shows
are held twice each year, in April and October, at the Alex Madonna
Expo Center located at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo.
- Advertisers receive priority registration and pricing.
- Attendance - These Wedding Faires are aggressively marketed
and very well attended by brides from all corners of the county,
as well as from as far north as SF, as far south as beyond Los Angeles,
and also from the Bakersfield and Fresno areas! Attendance at these
faires range from 650 to 720 with about 250 to 280 of this number
being brides!
- Booth Space Sales - Booth spaces at these Wedding Shows
sell out early..generally about 5 to 8 weeks prior to the show.
Vendors may register as much as 7 months prior to the faire dates.

resources but none of them compare to the standard of quality that
you provide. Since I have started advertising with you, I have experienced
a dramatic increase in bridal traffic. Your system is incredible.
The CCB magazine itself is top notch. You attract the best talent
in all categories of the bridal field, thereby providing consumers

We have been advertising in Central Coast Bride magazine
for several years and not only have had a great response from customers
who have seen our ads, but also from the follow-up emails (i.e.,
referrals) that get sent to us (from their website) from brides
looking for a caterer. We keep track of all calls and emails from
brides and how they heard about us. A major portion of our business
comes from CCB. In addition, we are very impressed with their professionalism

Ad Submission
Information
Deadline - Space
is limited therefore ads are accepted on a first received basis.
We must receive this signed contract with a 50% deposit in order
to reserve your space. Ad reservation deadline is June 15th,
Artwork submittal deadline is July 1st, Ad final payment
deadline is August 1st (unless a payment schedule has been arranged).
September
2008 ad contract.
- Rates are based on ads that are submitted ready to print. If
you need assistance in the design/layout of your ad, we have a list
of local graphic artists.
Ad Submission - Ads must be received on disc or CD or they
may be sent to us via FTP. Some ads may be e-mailed depending on
size. Files are accepted using most professional programs. All photographs
must be at least 300 dpi. Include all links & fonts, preferably
outlined.
Ad Submission via FTP - We can accept files via the internet
on our FTP site. When submitting files via FTP, please also send
us an email letting us know to expect its arrival, so that we
can confirm receipt. Just drop the file in the "Ads" directory
(where you should end up automatically). *The User name and password
are case sensitive.
