Their Wedding:
Ceremony & Reception Site:
Beautiful Villa
Toscana in Paso Robles was chosen as the site for both
the wedding ceremony and reception. The bride and groom instantly
fell in love with the setting.
Photography:
Rachel & Antonio decided upon Studio
317 Photography for their wedding photos. You can see
why when you take a look at the beautiful photographys that were
submitted. Photographer Erin Davis is available for travel
to just about any wedding location.
Videography:
As you can see from the photos above, Rachel & Antonio had
a lot of interesting activity happening at their wedding. All
weddings can benefit from the addition of a Videographer, but
this wedding really demanded it! Rachel's viceographer was none
other than Jack Hutchinson from Jack
Hutchinson Videography.
Catering:
San Luis Obispo based Phoenix
Fine Catering provided the incredible food and drinks
for Rachel & Antonio's wedding. Guests enjoyed top of the
line service as well as filet mignon and lobster tail.
Music & Master of Ceremonies:
Rachel secured the services of San Luis Obispo based Kramer
Entertainment to provide music for both the ceremony and
reception. Additionally, DJ Chris also served as the Master
of Ceremonies for both the traditional and non-traditional reception
activities.
Rentals:
Most weddings require a variety of additional supplies beyond
what is provided by the site, caterer, etc. Rachel & Tony
obtained these items from Got
You Cover'd Rentals.
Additional Activities & Entertainment:
Silk Performers came all the way from Vegas to perform
at Rachel and Antonio's reception. This group, who are Cirque
de Soleill aerialists, provided over the top entertainment for
the wedding guests. As if that wasn't enough, they also had the
Fire Pixies entertain their guests with daring acrobatics
with fire (torches and such), fire breathing, and fire eating
performances. Additionally, an amazing toasting ceremony was completed
with a "grape stomp", which was accompanied by
traditional Italian music.
Additional Services:
Other services at Rachel and Antonio's wedding were: flowers by
Camilla Svensson Burns Floral Design, hair and makeup by Studio
522, and the minister was Adam Altermass.
