Annette Hernandez, owner of Just 2 Sweet Candy Creations & Events, has always had an affinity for event planning. Her experience spans over 20 years and includes events from baby showers to celebrations of life and every major life milestone in between. In February of 2013 Annette’s passion evolved from a pastime to a business venture. Just 2 Sweet Candy Creations was officially born offering dessert and candy buffets as well as custom gift baskets. The business continued to grow steadily over the next five years to include full service event planning with décor, linens, rentals, floral, and balloon design; the business grew with Annette’s entrepreneurial spirit and she was quickly outgrowing her home work spaces providing her services for almost 40 events per year. October 2017 launched the grand opening at 703 East Ocean Avenue of the Just 2 Sweet Candy Creations & Events storefront. In addition to the full service options already offered by Annette and the Just 2 Sweet team the business expanded into selling sweet treats and gifts to the warm-welcoming Lompoc Community. With more space, came more creativity and customization. The Just 2 Sweet Team prides themselves on, “If you can dream it, we can do it.” and being a one-stop shop for all your possible event needs. The only limitations to our continued growth are the limitations of our own dreams and Annette and the Just 2 Sweet team look forward to growing, expanding and keeping it sweet.
