Here’s how we do it:
Step 1: ADMINISTRATION
This started as soon as you landed on our web page and continues past your event date. Included here is email correspondence between you and our office and assigned staff (DJs, production crew, etc), proposal/contract/invoice generation, event setup within our online planning portal, timeline creation and management, pre-event prep (music back-ups, gear prep, etc), post event recaps, post event follow up, final playlist generation, interaction with other wedding vendors, etc.
Avg 10-20 hrs per wedding
Step 2: DISCOVERY
This begins once we receive your inquiry and continues right up to the event date. It encompasses everything from site inspections, travel research, equipment procurement and management, music prep, announcement and show prep and staffing. This is critical to formulating your financial investment analysis for the proposal, the consultations we will have with you and pre-event prep.
Avg 5-10 hours per wedding
Step 3: CREATIVE PLANNING
This is the secret sauce to what we do! This includes our consultation meetings (which we offer unlimited to make sure we’ve got every detail perfect) that go up to the final consult we will do with you (approx 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding). This is the deep dive from an entertainment prospective into your wedding. We will go through the layout together, lighting, special effects, timeline and music curation (to name a few). This is truly a collaborative effort between creative partners, you and our staff. You will be contacted with what’s needed as we get closer to the event and to schedule these consultations. This is one of the most vital steps of ensuring success to your wedding!

Step 4: EVENT DAY SERVICE
What we are providing as far as talent, gear and timewise for the event is outlined on the event agreement. The day of the wedding we go above and beyond to make sure that the setup, final checks, tear down etc are flawless and smooth.

Paul from Epic Entertainment was our wedding DJ/MC and he was better than anything we could have ever asked for! Epic entertainment is the way to go. Overall, they kept the party going and were very charming. The details: Chris owns the company and is very communicative throughout the process. We got on a call and he answered a ton of questions for us. They have a lot of djs but were fully booked except one last dj, luckily for us, anthony was still available (the other owner). They checkin with you every month to see if you need help with anything. They have a very extensive questionnaire you fill out. It feels like a lot at first, but after you complete it, you realize it’s all the info they need to make for the perfect night you wanted without any hiccups. They follow the instructions to a tee, it was great removing any worries on your big day. My now husband put a ton of video game songs on the list and they downloaded all of them and played during dinner. Epic’s thoughtfulness, preparedness, and attention to detail was much appreciated. We got on a call with anthony a couple of weeks before to review the questionnaire in detail. He was very professional and a great music mixer. I had multiple people complement the playlist and we had people dancing 100% of the time. I couldn’t imagine a better dj to drive our night. Thank you so much anthony!
